We would be forced to make and defend difficult decisions when these mediocre meetings go away. #3 Our organization is in desperate need of innovative ideas, but we can’t forget that ideas don’t bring their own commitment or perseverance; only humans do that. Change is never met with open arms. #4 The BBC, like many other companies, is afraid of making decisions because they fear the ghost of the decision made, the urgent move forward.
