Company Excellence

“Company Excellence” is the result of the process of evolution and transformation for any modern company that aims to be a reference model for the competitors. In this book, the authors describe in a practical way the basic elements of a business change, starting from the transformation of the leadership concept to that of an agile and high-performance organization.
