Based on a true experience of the author's granddaughter, Mikaila (KailaCole), who had a bad case of diarrhea. She told a friend she had the stinkies. The story then became fiction. KailaCole never dreamed she would be teased and bullied--worse still, she ended up with a new name, "Stinky"!
