The contents of this book are the meanderings of a man whose mind never stops,always filled with thoughts that come from all angles,a mind that can suddenly drift into the darkness of depression and wander through the twilight and back into the realms of normality,whatever that is, and when these thoughts appear they have to be written down,some are meaningfull,some are quite pointless,but written down they are,the title of this book if allowed is borrowed from a song by Bob Dylan,hope he doesn't mind,
